5.2 General Bonus Terms

In any circumstance, fbje's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of real funds in the user's account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

fbje may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Based on a court order or government directive.
• Voluntary closure at the user's own request.

In the event of account closure, fbje reserves the right to hold the balance until the investigation is complete. If no irregularity is found in the investigation, the remaining balance will be returned.
